Fees for psychological services or counselling services are not cover by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), but most private health insurance plans or as an employee benefit by your company provide some coverage.

Payment
Payment for each session is due at the time of the session and can be made by either Cash, e-transfer, Visa, or MasterCard (no debit card payment available).

1. Psychological service - By Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate Fee - Following by Ontario Psychologist Association Policy - service might cover by employee group insurance, more detail contacts your group insurance /not cover by OHIP
2.Counselling service or Life Coach service - by Counsellor / Marriage Counsellor / Addiction Counsellor / Life Coach - differential fee policy. Counselling or Life coach service are NOT cover by work insurances or OHIP but for pricing a service on a sliding scale, talk to us for more detail.
3. Administration fee/ Letter/ Psychological Assessment fee, Personality or Career Test, etc. - all extra fee applies
Direct Billing
Only Motor Vehicle Accident treatment claim allow Assignment of Benefits—the provision that allows a therapist to bill them on your behalf so that you are not required to pay for treatment up front.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee will be charged on your credit card. If you do not show up for your appointment, and you have not notified us 48 hours in advance by email or by call or text , will be charged the full cost of session.
You have to provide your credit card number for Cancellation or No-show policy.
